What's LSC?

Your USA Swimming Local Swim Committee — the regional affiliate that runs swimming in your area (for example, "AZSI" for Arizona Swimming). Some LSCs publish their own time standards in addition to USA Swimming's national ones.

Estimate heat/lane from psych sheet Estimated only. Actual heat/lane may change after scratches, check-in, deck entries, circle seeding, or meet-management updates.

What's circle seeding?

For events split across multiple heats, the fastest swimmers are sometimes split across the last two heats instead of all placed in one "fastest" heat, so heat/lane can look out of time order for those swims. It's a meet-management choice, not a parsing error.

Team relays Show my team's entered relays (Current Meets only) Tentative, unconfirmed lineup -- leg assignments aren't known. Confirm relay assignments with your coach. Has no effect when uploading meet documents below.

Calendar files Daily Calendar One event per meet day, starts at warm-up. Best for Google Calendar — import it from a computer; the Google Calendar mobile app can't import .ics files. Recommended Whole Meet Calendar One event for the full meet. Good for blocking the weekend. Swim-by-Swim Calendar One event per swim. More detailed, but busier.

What's the difference?

A psych sheet lists seed times and seed order before heats are assigned. A heat sheet lists the same entries after they've been split into actual heats and lanes. Meets don't always publish both — use whichever one your meet has posted.

What do the benchmark codes mean?

USA Swimming motivational time standards, fastest to slowest: AAAA, AAA, AA, A, BB, B. Each swim shows the tier it met and the next faster one to chase.
